Growing up with a brother who has Autism, Barb understands what life as part of a family affected by disability feels like. She is an advocate who wants to see disability ministry become an expected part of every church. She has a background in church administration, and started a disability ministry at The Refinery Church in 2014. In 2020, she founded Wonderful Works Ministry, an organization that provides online disability ministry training resources designed especially for churches.
