Promoting Belonging through Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Inclusion

Participants will learn how to actively build a culture of belonging through deeper knowledge of diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion initiatives. They will also learn why weaving DEIA into all offerings promotes belonging and inclusion. With a more profound knowledge of DEIA, participants will feel more confidence as they embracing those initiatives, support people with disabilities within their faith communities, and gather information on how to better include people they haven’t yet reached.
