Managing the Long Term Effects of the Pandemic

Description: The long term effects of the COVID pandemic will be felt for years to come. To put the pandemic in perspective, this workshop examines historic events like the Great Depression in the context of community trauma and post-traumatic growth. Caregivers will learn strategies for managing positive and negative long term effects of the pandemic for themselves and their kids and, if time allows, practice some of them individually and in small groups.
